Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven ~ Luke 6:37 First, we have to be clear about this verse and who it related to...it is to the inner circle of disciples, not to the world. Too often we look at all the little specks in each other, and it causes dissension in the church. We are to be non-judgmental, non-condemning, and forgiving people. Again, not to misunderstand this, it does not also mean   that we accept every vice in our people, no, we are still to be a sinless and holy priesthood in the church. It means that we don't nit pick at people. In Romans 14:10 the Apostle Paul emphasized this point by asking why do you judge your brother or sister? And James the brother of Jesus emphatically stated in 2:13 that judgement without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful.   Forgiveness within the body of Christ brings healing and harmony. Romans 10:10

For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved ~ Romans 10:10 We cannot know God with our head. Our thoughts do not lead us to God until our heart is in action. The brain cannot contain the Gospel, and neither can our tongue for that matter. The work has to take place in the heart, and until that happens, faith and confession of Christ will not happen. It is in the heart where Christ stirs us and moves us through the power of the Holy Spirit to know the truth. Our faith works through love to Christ; it is a heart action. Justification does not come by knowing about Christ, but by knowing Christ intimately. When our soul reaches out toward the One who is already reaching for us, it receives the righteousness which comes from Him alone. The peace that fills the soul at that moment brings great joy, and then it is hard for our mouth to contain that enjoyment to ourselves, and we must proclaim it to any wh...
