Luke 6:37

Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven ~ Luke 6:37
First, we have to be clear about this verse and who it related to...it is to the inner circle of disciples, not to the world. Too often we look at all the little specks in each other, and it causes dissension in the church. We are to be non-judgmental, non-condemning, and forgiving people. Again, not to misunderstand this, it does not also mean that we accept every vice in our people, no, we are still to be a sinless and holy priesthood in the church. It means that we don't nit pick at people. In Romans 14:10 the Apostle Paul emphasized this point by asking why do you judge your brother or sister? And James the brother of Jesus emphatically stated in 2:13 that judgement without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful.
Forgiveness within the body of Christ brings healing and harmony. Judgment and condemnation bring open wounds and disunity. Be careful today what you think and what you say, and how you act toward your brother or sister in Christ. But...if they are sinning, correct them to bring them back into the fold, but make sure you do it in a loving and compassionate way.
