Luke 4:43


But he [Jesus] said, “I must preach the good news of the kingdom of God to the other towns also, because that is why I was sent” ~ Luke 4:43

The Gospel message is transforming! That is what is so amazing about it, it opens up channels within us, and then it explodes from the within to the with outside! It is not a thing to hold to ourselves, but it is to be shared, and shared, and shared. How beautiful are the feet of those who spread the Good News! (Rom. 10:15) Most certainly if Jesus was sent, we are a sent people! The kingdom of God is sorely needed today, just as when Jesus walked this earth. There are many people who need the peace within that Jesus brings, the restoration of the soul which leads all into relationship with Christ. The kingdom, not only to come in eternal life, but the kingdom now which blossoms in love. There is no better time than today to go and preach the good news of the kingdom of God to someone. Will you do it, will you go?

Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert ~ Isaiah 43:19 When we meet a challenge, we are often found discouraged, lost, even hopeless. Nothing is working, everything seems to be against us. We do not know how to move forward, so we remain curled up in a ball. Then, a glimmer of light shines through!
